Superoxide Dismutase

 

Superoxide dismutase, alias liver protein (hereinafter referred to as SOD), is a new enzyme preparation. It is widely distributed in the biological world, from animals to plants, and even from human beings to unicellular organisms, almost all have its existence. SOD is a kind of active substances derived from living organisms, can eliminate organisms in the process of metabolism of superoxide anion free radical O₂, has the special effect of anti-aging, so SOD is regarded as the most magic enzyme, the garbage man in the human body.

 

O₂, known as the superoxide anion radical, is a naturally occurring intermediate in a variety of physiological reactions in organisms. It is a kind of reactive oxygen species with strong oxidizing capacity and is one of the important factors of biological oxygen toxicity. SOD is a natural superoxide radical scavenging factor in the body, which can convert harmful superoxide radicals into hydrogen peroxide through reaction. It is then decomposed into completely harmless water by the action of catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD). In this way, the three enzymes form a complete antioxidant chain.

 

SOD catalyzes the following reaction:

2O2 ^-+2H ⁺→H2O2+O2

 

SOD efficacy:

1. SOD can effectively prevent the skin from ionizing radiation (especially ultraviolet) damage, so as to play a sunscreen effect;

2. SOD as an antioxidant enzyme can prevent skin aging, freckle, anti-wrinkle effect;

3. SOD has anti-inflammatory effect and a certain role in the prevention and treatment of scar formation.

Use dosage	0.1-4%
Application	used in instant whitening, anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products, and its activity is stable in the range of pH4.0-11.0.

 

 

Store in a dry and ventilated, cool and dark place. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with toxic and harmful substances. Unopened in the original packaging, for 12 months.
