SanActive Bromelain is a group of mercaptohydrolytic proteases extracted and refined from bromeliades by bioengineering technology. SanActive Bromelain mainly comes from plant stems, so it is also called stem bromelain. The main component of bromelain is a protease containing sulfhydryl, but also contains peroxidase, acid phosphatase, several protein inhibitors and organic active calcium, its active center is sulfhydryl (-SH), can carry out various protein hydrolysis, biochemical reactions.

Application:
Use dosage: 0.1-0.5%.
