Product Introduction:
Papain is a pure natural enzyme product extracted from the immature fruit of papain plant by biological engineering technology. It is composed of 212 amino acids and belongs to the sulfhydryl (-SH) -containing peptide chain endonuclease. It can hydrolyse the carboxyl terminal of arginine and lysine in proteins and peptides, and has protease and esterase activities. It has strong enzymatic hydrolysis ability for animal and plant proteins, peptides, esters, amides, etc., and also has the ability to synthesize protein substances from protein hydrolysates. This ability can be used to improve the nutritional value or functional properties of animal and plant proteins.
The active center of papain contains cysteine, belonging to sulfhydryl protease, which has the characteristics of high enzyme activity, good thermal stability, natural safety and so on.
1)Exfoliation: Papin can act on the aging cuticle of skin, promote its decomposition and degradation, remove to achieve rejuvenation effect and promote cell growth effect, and it is gentler than traditional brush acid;
2)Repair barrier: papain can reduce the proliferation of keratinocytes and increase the expression of keratin when it acts on the skin. It regulates keratinocyte calcium receptors to increase intracellular calcium, thereby regulating keratin formation.
3)Whitening pale spot: reduce the formation of melanin, deposition of pigment in the skin, fade dark brown spots in the skin.
4)Add protease in detergent can make sweat, blood, easy to remove, strong detergency, aseptic disinfection.

Application: used in skin care, soap, soap, detergent, washing powder, hand sanitizer and other products, the pH range can be 3.5-9, the optimal pH 5-7, the temperature range can be 20-80℃, the optimal temperature is 55-60℃.
Storage & Shelf-life:
0-25 ℃, it is recommended to store in a cool and dry environment in the dark, and cold storage is more conducive to the preservation of enzyme activity. The shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging.
