SanClear PB30-1 is extracted and refined by the deep fermentation of Bacillus subtilis. It can efficiently hydrolyse α-1, 4 glucoside bonds in starch, soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides, so that the viscosity of the solution is rapidly reduced, and the solution is decomposed into dextrin and oligosaccharides with different length chains. This product is fermented by Bacillus, has the characteristics of high enzyme activity, good heat resistance, wide pH range, no additives, no toxic side effects and so on. At same time. It has thermal stability and pH stability.

 

 

Product Function

 

This enzyme uses Ca2+ as an essential and stabilizing factor, acting on both amylose and amylopectin, indiscriminately severing the α-1, 4-chain. Therefore, it is characterized by a sharp decrease in the viscosity of the substrate solution and the disappearance of the iodine reaction, and the final product is dominated by maltose in the decomposition of amylose, in addition to maltose triose and a small amount of glucose. On the other hand, in the decomposition of amylopectin, in addition to maltose and glucose, α- limiting dextrins with α-1, 6-bond are formed.

Usedosage:1g solid enzyme powder (or 1ml liquid enzyme), at 60℃, pH=6.0 conditions, 1 hour to liquefy 1g soluble starch, that is, 1 activity unit, expressed in u/g(u/ml)
