It is unstable in alkaline food and has antioxidant capacity. It can improve the light resistance of pigment preparations in ethanol.
To prevent the gradual disappearance or change of fragrance, and vitamin E and other combinations can improve its antioxidant capacity. It can reduce the capillary permeability and fragility, and maintain and restore the normal elasticity of the capillary.
