Product Introduction
SanCarbopol 940 is a high molecular weight acrylic acid. Its main difference lies in the type of cross-linking agent between polymers and the solvent for synthesizing polymers. When it is neutralized by alkali to form a gel, it can absorb and retain moisture and provide viscosity, stability, and suspension in gels, creams, and emulsions. It is a thickener with extensive fluidity. It has high efficiency and low dosage, stable emulsification, and high transparency.
SanCarbopol 940 has the ability to absorb and retain water when it's neutralized by aklali to form clear gel. It plays an important role in many commercial products such as gels, creams and lotions, providing viscosity stabilization and suspension properties.
