Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone 10, is a fat-soluble antioxidant and an indispensable coenzyme for human cell metabolism, which is known as the "source of heart vitality". It is structurally similar to vitamin K and is a quinocyclic compound. It is widely used in nutrition and health care products, cosmetics and food additives at home and abroad.
